About me
10 years of research experience in a variety of scientific projects. During my Master and PhD programs, I worked on interdisciplinary problems involving Artificial Intelligence, self-assembly of nanometric structures and communication between wireless devices. Since 2013, I have intensely worked on bioinformatic analysis and Machine Learning, mainly on protein function annotation of environmental sequence data.
